Reminder for Prepaid Cardholders of Sinopay Singapore to utilize all unused balance by 11 October 2024

Dear valued Prepaid Card holder,

Please be reminded that Sinopay (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Sinopay”) has ceased issuing new UnionPay Prepaid Card and you have until 11 October 2024, or until the expiry date of your card, whichever comes earlier, to utilize the unused balance stored on your Prepaid card for purchasing of goods and services at any UnionPay merchant.

If you decide to request a refund for the unexpired unused balance, you may visit our office directly or initially first reach out to us via email at service@sinopaygroup.com or contact our hotline at +65 6222 2635 (Singapore) for the process of refund. Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
